If we approved a pet and that animal causes damage beyond the security deposit, we cover up to $1,000 out of our own pocket. You do not pay for our approval decisions.
We do not make money unless you do. Zero management fees are charged while your property is vacant. If your property is not producing income, neither are we.
On our Premium plan, we cover up to $2,000 in eviction costs and up to $750 in turnover damage beyond the security deposit. Available on tenants we place.
